Terms
Effective September 11, 2026.
These terms cover Coblix at coblix.design, including accounts, Remix purchases, and exports. The seller and service operator is InstaBlick, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a mailing address at 1014 Broadway, #2019, Santa Monica, CA 90401, United States.
Using Coblix
Start a project, compare website designs, choose a starting design, and export an HTML prototype and implementation brief. Use content you have permission to use. Keep your account credentials private. Do not access another person’s account, distribute malicious content, or disrupt the service.
Your work and exports
You retain rights in the content you supply. We process it to provide the features you request. Exports are prototypes. Forms, payments, and account interactions use demo data. Review the content, replace demo data, connect production services, and test accessibility and responsive behavior before publishing. Coblix does not host or publish the exported website.
Third-party materials
Preview imagery adapted from Astryx is provided under the MIT license, with Meta’s copyright notice included in exports. Geist fonts use the SIL Open Font License. Preserve included notices when redistributing these materials. Demo products do not imply endorsement.
Remixes and purchases
Each account receives 3 free Remixes once. 1 Remix creates 6 designs for the same selected page and content. When paid checkout is available, packs cost $5 for 50 Remixes or $9 for 100 Remixes, in US dollars, including applicable tax. These are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Purchased Remixes never expire. The total price, included tax, and payment details appear in Checkout. Provide accurate billing details before continuing to payment. A checkout marked as a test does not collect real money.
Remix packs are sold through consumer checkout. Coblix does not collect business tax IDs or offer business checkout.
A Remix is used only after six new designs have been generated and saved. Retrying the same Remix does not use another Remix. Preview, Compare, Save, editing design settings, restoring history, and Export use no Remixes.
Payment help and refunds
Contact contact@instablick.com with your purchase reference. An approved refund identifies the purchase and the number of its unused Remixes being returned. We remove those units from that purchase record; unrelated purchases are unchanged. We confirm the refund amount and units before processing a requested partial refund. A full refund removes any remaining units from that purchase.
A disputed payment places that purchase’s unused Remixes on hold while the dispute is resolved. A partial refund received without identifiable units places the affected purchase record on hold for review. Existing exported files remain yours to use. These terms do not limit statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights.
Saving and account deletion
Verified accounts autosave projects and the style profile. Browser data supports offline work and restoring project versions. Download backups of work you need to keep. Deleting your account removes projects, saved designs, Compare choices, versions, Remix history, and unused balance, and revokes sessions. It clears this account’s browser data in the current browser and other open tabs. Exported files and browser data on offline devices may remain until removed on those devices.
Limited payment evidence remains for accounting, refunds, and disputes as described in our Privacy notice. Contact us about unresolved purchases before deleting an account.
