Privacy notice

This notice explains how InstaBlick, LLC handles personal information when you use Coblix at coblix.design, create an account, save projects, or buy Remixes. InstaBlick, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is responsible for this information. Its mailing address and privacy contact are below.
Projects and style profiles
Browser storage holds your project brief, brand kit and logo, page, sections, design settings, saved designs, Compare choices, and versions. Guest and account data use separate storage areas. Coblix asks before bringing prepared guest work into an account.
Verified accounts autosave projects and style profiles to the service. A Remix sends its project, shared page content, style profile, and designs you save to the server. The resulting project version stays with six designs and the usage record in Remix history. Public previews, Compare choices, and Tune edits are evaluated in your browser. Verified accounts sync the resulting projects and style profiles. AI edits are not available and do not send project data to an AI service. Reference URLs are saved with your project and included in your implementation brief; Coblix does not fetch their content.
Accounts and consent
We store your name, email address, password hash, sessions, and the terms and privacy versions you accept with their acceptance time. Verification and password-reset messages support your account. Security records can include IP address, browser information, and request times. We use account data to operate the service, prevent abuse, save your work, and respond to requests.
Payments and product use
We store purchase references, Remix purchase records, debits, refunds, disputes, and receipt links to fulfill purchases and retry interrupted Remixes. Stripe processes payments; Coblix does not receive full card details. We count checkout starts and one export event per signed-in account per day. These events contain operational identifiers, not project text, logos, exported HTML, or credentials.
We use Plausible Analytics to measure visits, page engagement, referral sources, and aggregate link, download, and form activity. Plausible does not use analytics cookies. We remove account and checkout parameters from page URLs before sending them, retaining campaign parameters for attribution. Referrers and tracked link destinations are reduced to their origin. We do not send account IDs, form contents, project content, or payment details to Plausible. Plausible processes network and browser information to produce aggregate device and location statistics. When tax calculation is configured, Sales Tax Calculator API receives your billing address, consumer purchase status, purchase amounts, and seller registration details before checkout. Stripe receives your billing address and any confirmed calculation reference and tax amounts. If no usable tax result is available, checkout continues at the advertised total and the payment record is marked for tax review. Coblix does not collect business tax IDs through checkout or send passwords, full card details, or project content to the tax service. Coblix does not add billing addresses to its project database or browser storage.
Service providers
Vercel hosts Coblix. Neon stores account, project, and payment records. Stripe processes payments, receipts, and refunds. Sales Tax Calculator API calculates checkout tax. Resend sends account emails. Cloudflare Turnstile checks account actions for automated abuse and processes browser and network signals. Coblix sends the security-check token to Cloudflare for verification, without your password or project content. Providers may process information in other countries to operate their services. The separate HTML review feature is unavailable at launch; Coblix does not send your work to an AI review provider.
Storage and deletion
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage keeps account-specific projects, project versions, and interrupted-action references. Signup and purchase intents expire after 24 hours. We do not install advertising trackers.
Projects, style profiles, saved designs, Remix history, unused balance, and linked product-use events remain until you delete your account. Account versions keep the latest 30 states per project and the latest 30 style profile states; older versions are removed as new ones are saved. This does not remove completed Remixes from History. Account deletion removes these records from the application database and revokes sessions. It clears that account’s browser data in this browser and other open tabs. Downloaded exports and browser data on devices that are offline remain on those devices until removed.
Rate-limit counters use hashed identifiers instead of raw email addresses or IP addresses. Counters older than two days are eligible for cleanup during service activity. Security-check tokens are used for verification and their hashes prevent reuse; Coblix does not store the raw tokens.
Limited payment evidence is retained separately for seven years from purchase: processor references, currency, amounts, tax and tax-review status, purchased and refunded units, and dispute status. Its account link is removed on account deletion. It contains no project content, name, email address, or card details. Payment and tax providers may retain their own legally required records. Provider backups and security logs follow their respective retention schedules.

Delete your account in Account settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or complain to a data protection authority.
